The building dates back to 1670, in a prominent Pilgrim Street location serving as various uses through time. In its early life it was a Merchant’s House, then transformed into a coaching inn – the Queens Head Hotel in 1781, and also the home of the Newcastle Liberal Club from 1883.
Alderman Fenwick’s House is a true slice of history in the heart of a wonderful City Centre location, surrounded by local landmarks such as the Tyne Bridge and Greys Monument.
Our Rooftop reveals the stunning backdrop of the city with views for miles around. Step back through time with our historic architecture as seen in our Great Room. Our team will be on hand to meet specific requirements and equip the desired filming locations to suit your needs.
