Refurbishment works have continued to press forward in Alderman Fenwick’s House.

Having brought new life to the third staircase of the building via redecoration,
the final touches are now being added to the shower room,
which will be our latest tenant facility.

There is still plenty to come in 2023 with the
North Tunnel refurbishment progressing well.
